Things To Remember To Tell The Receptionist When You Call To Schedule:

• The reason you have been referred to see us.
• Who referred you to see us (usually your Dentist)
• Do you have a referral slip from your Dentist?
• Do you have any X-Rays to bring with you (if not we can take them in the office).                          
• If you are on blood thinners (such as Coumadin) or if there any special medical concerns.
• If you have been told by your Physician that you need to take antibiotic pre-medication prior to dental visits.
